Prettie Nell, better known as Nellie, made her music debut in January 2012. Prettie Nell was born and raised in the unforgiving hood of Roxbury MA, where she was forced to take on a leadership (survival) role. Straight from the streets of Boston, with her being the eldest of her siblings, Prettie Nell had something to prove. She was about to prove that anything was possible.

Prettie Nell is not your typical pretty around the way girl. She is educated, a mother, daughter, and granddaughter to name a few. When you listen to her lyrics you get a small taste of her creativity, her reality, her hood…her life. With a great sense of self and esteem Prettie Nell has captured the heart of her city through her sexual prowess. What she hadn’t realized was that she was also a poetic prodigy.
What has taken others years to do and determine was done in a night with Nell. Inspired by her friends and cousins’ music and writing skills, one evening she asked that they write 16 bars for her to rap. Playing around she did it, but by the end of the night she had erased everything they had written and replaced them with her own words, and thoughts. A beast was unleashed in her and her first single “He Will” was born.

Prettie Nell has performed at a number of venues, and recently took the “A” by storm by winning 2nd place in the Atlanta Coast to Coast Mixer. Debuting only four months after an evening of having fun with her cousin is her mix cd, “X-Rated Therapy”! Yes, it is X-rated and lives up to all the hype. Women and Men alike are attracted and intrigued by her lyrics. Her sexy, sultry, rich talent is the image of every man’s fantasy. Her sexual roughness is not only realistic but will force women to that next level of their sex game.

Some of her feature songs are: “Honey Cocaine”, “Wild Boy”, and “Single.” These songs are hitting the internet like wildfire. Her sexual explicit lyrics, embody the thoughts and actions people are either afraid to do or don’t want to admit to doing. Her music allows you the freedom to unleash your sexual inhibitions. Rarely will you meet a young lady with such a savvy business sense that only matches her erotic swag. Prettie Nell is inspired not only by giving brain but by using her brain.
