Born July 10th, 1985 in Boston, Mass Salemme is more than just your average meets the eye rapper. His name was enquired by Massachusetts Mafia Boss Francis "Cadillac Frank" Salemme who grew up with Salemme's (the rapper) family. Salemme Moved to Florida during his childhood then back to Mass. He bounced around a lot as a kid. In high school he would see his peers battle rapping after school and thought to himself “I can do this and be among the elite”. So at 16 he started writing raps about all the things he has seen going on around him. Not too long after that he was expelled from school for alleged distribution. By 17 Salemme was in the studio on weekends putting his words on the mic. At 24 years old today he has opened up for such artists as Cormega, Red Cafe, Omarion, Freeway, &, Drag-on. Salemme is one of Boston's more promising rappers in a dying breed of real rap artists. His music has been played on many Boston radio stations including Jam’n 94.5, Touch 106.1, & w.b.a.n.g 94.9. With two mixtapes under his belt & his most anticipated project "Traffic Abusers" dropping this November 2009, he is something to watch out for on the current music scene.
