With our "National Spotlight" we introduce to you R&B recording artist and songwriter Mariami. Born in Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia and now based in Brooklyn, NY Mariami incorporates heartfelt lyrics and razor sharp vocals with her Georgian roots to create commercially marketable music. Having earned a well deserved spot amongst leading female chart toppers, her self-titled debut album "Mariami" (download below) secured the #2 spot on Boston Reverbnation charts in its official debut. She has even been labeled by both Indie Music Universe and Sonicbids as an "Artist to Watch For".

In her NEHH debut we bring you her single & video for "Move Along" produced by Aaron Carmack and directed by Grace Brailsford Cato and "Again". Also on August 12th she will be hosting a video release party at Middlesex Lounge in Boston. Mariami will be performing with her band and Boston based DJ Flavorheard will be spinning at this event.
